Digital Marketing Freelance Terms & Conditions
By engaging our services, the client agrees to the following terms. Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule; delayed payments may result in work suspension. The client must provide necessary access, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. All strategies, content, and creatives remain the intellectual property of the freelancer until full payment is received. Results are not guaranteed due to external factors beyond our control. Confidential information shared by either party shall not be disclosed to third parties. Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice. These terms are binding upon engagement.
